2.Copy all files From vlc-skins_2 Pest it To C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\skins
3. open VLC Player Go to Tools>Preference Select The option Use Custom Skin From The Interface Tab
4. Browse The Skin From C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\skins Select one Save all And Close The Vlc
